Saray ACP consists of a white-coloured low density polyethylene core bonded between two Aluminium alloy sheets. Aluminium sheets can be coated with PVDF or Polyester paint. Saray Composite Panels are mainly used for external cladding of buildings (building facades), and for signage.
Saray Aluminium Composite Panels are very rigid and strong despite its light weight. Aluminium sheets are painted in any kind of colour, in PVDF or Polyester coatings, including a wide range of metallic and non-metallic colours as well as patterns that imitate other materials, such as wood or marble.
Applications of Saray ACPs are not limited to external building cladding, but can also be used in any form of cladding such as partitions, false ceilings etc. Aluminium Composite Panels are also widely used within the signage industry as an alternative to heavier, more expensive substrates.
Saray Aluminium ACPs are available in 3 mm, 4 mm and 6 mm thickness and all are easily cut, bent, drilled and formed with standard hand / industrial tools depending on application.
0.4 mm aluminium + 3.2 mm polyethylene filler + 0.4 mm aluminium
ALUFACE-FR consists of a fire-retardant mineral core bonded between two Aluminium alloy sheets. Aluminium sheets can be coated with PVDF or Polyester paint. ALUFACE-FR Composite Panels are mainly used for external cladding of buildings (building facades) where resistance to fire is important and specified by directives or law.
Fire rating of materials are classified by EN 13501-1 and DIN 4102 standards. ALUFACE-FR is classified as class B according to EN 13501-1 and B1 according to DIN 4102, by MPA Dresden and ODTU/METU Laboratories respectively.
ALUFACE-FR is painted in any kind of colour, in PVDF or Polyester coatings, including a wide range of metallic and non-metallic colours.
ALUFACE-FR ACPs are easily cut, bent, drilled and formed with standard hand / industrial tools depending on application.
